GHS Transition Curriculum Planning (2-day)
This is a two-day work session (6-18-18 and 6-19-18)

GHS transition class teachers will examine existing curriculum and high school schedule  with the goal of creating a seamless tiered-transition curriculum in which students can participate and grow as they work toward graduation and life beyond GHS.

Some items to consider:

1) Development of 3-levels of instruction, focusing on different areas of transition activities;
2) Students sometimes will take the same class twice (how can instruction be differentiated to meet their needs?);
3) How can technology be used by a) teachers, to facilitate communication and understanding of student knowledge between transition classes, and b) students, to create a transition portfolio
4) other?

Participants are responsible for bringing a summary/framework of programs and methods currently used for instruction in these classes.
