Multisensory Reading with Wilson Language Program Materials (8-27-18 and 8-28-18)
A 2-day professional development on use and application of a research-based, multisensory reading program. Ongoing support to ensure implementation fidelity is available and can be set up on an individual basis. You will learn:
- about dyslexia and language-based learning disabilities
- how to use direct and explicit multisensory methods that address deficits in phonological coding
- how to use direct and explicit multisensory methods for supporting and developing comprehension
- how to write and implement corresponding lesson plans
- how to measure growth and chart progress
